Enjoy all of the luxuries, privileges and comfort of a magnificent 17th century residence. Casa Susegad is a restored colonial mansion house in the village of Loutolim in South Goa. Set in one and a half acres of grounds, we are surrounded by forest and jungle in a quiet corner of the village. Life continues around us as it has for decades, unspoiled by the trappings and distractions of mass tourism.

We can variously be described as a boutique hotel, a heritage guest house or simply the perfect place to relax. With only 5 guest suites, we are able to offer a very individual service to each of our guests.

Casa Susegad is just 30 minutes from Dabolim Airport, and 20 minutes from Margao train station. (We will collect guests by arrangement.)

Loutolim is often described as the prettiest village in Goa. Including the adjoining villages, the area in and around Loutolim is home to around 34,000 inhabitants, in gently rolling hills a few hundred feet above sea level, with many large and charmingly well preserved homes dating back to the Portuguese era.
