Morning tea/coffee is served at 11am, and afternoon tea/coffee is served at 4pm, usually accompanied by home made cookies or specialties from the local (quite famous) bakery.

Our food is a fusion of local Goan cuisine, cooked over traditional wood fires for a unique flavour rarely found in commercial settings any more, and imaginative continental dishes and desserts that make the most of fresh local produce.

We have been told by many guests already that the food is one of the highlights of their stay at Casa Susegad and aspiring chefs are welcome to work alongside our cooks in the kitchen to learn how to prepare local Goan specialties.

You can even join Carole at the fish market to choose your catch of the day and then help prepare it for dinner.

Casa Susegad has a comprehensively stocked bar and a range of excellent local wines.
