Morning tea/coffee is served around 11am, and afternoon tea/coffee is served around 4pm, usually accompanied by home made cookies or specialties from the local (quite famous) bakery.

Our food is a fusion of East and West. Local Goan cuisine, cooked over traditional wood fires for a unique flavour rarely found in commercial settings any more is blended with imaginative continental dishes and desserts that make the most of fresh local produce.

We have been told by many guests over the years that our food is one of the highlights of their stay at Casa Susegad and aspiring chefs are welcome to work alongside Joanita and the other cooks in the kitchen to learn how to prepare local Goan specialties.

You can even join Carole at the fish market to choose your catch of the day and then help prepare it for dinner!

Casa Susegad has a comprehensively stocked bar and a range of excellent local wines.
